Kingsoft Powerword CIBA 200x is for Chinese speakers with Chinese interface only. It also include Chinese-Japanese dictionaries that are not included in the English edition. The user's manual and help file are all in Chinese.

Answer: Once you input an English word in the input box of the main window of the software, hit return. The translations of the English word will appear in the main window. If you click the sound speaker, the speaker will pronounce the English word that you just input. To get the system to pronounce the translated Chinese word, you need to double click the Chinese word, and then click the sound speaker again. If multiple Chinese words appear in the translation, you can only select one word at a time for the system to speak. Typically, the first Chinese word is the primary meaning of the corresponding English word.

Answer: Make sure you set the speakers in your PC system to on - both left and right speakers. The speakers could be set in the Control Panel of the Windows system.
